POSTERS

General

Prior to submitting their papers, authors need to submit an extended abstract for evaluation by the scientific committee.

Confirmation of participation in the Symposium by the authors will be required when posters are accepted. Only confirmed presentations of registered participants will be included in the Symposium-Proceedings.

Poster Format

The size of the poster is A0 (horizontal 841mm x vertical 1189mm or horizontal 33.1 in x vertical 46.8 in). The poster should be in portrait format. The authors are kindly requested to bring ready-to-hang posters to the conference.

The poster is NOT just a reprint of the paper. The authors are advised to include many figures into their posters and to limit the text.

Poster Presentation

The poster will first be introduced in a 2-minute presentation in a plenary session. For that purpose, the poster authors are invited to bring two slides in power-point format to the conference.

In a second time, the poster will be presented to the conference participants in a more classical way.
